If not, we have made arrangements for discounted prices on hotel rooms.  We offer individual or shared cost options And FREE housing is available with a local Art Car Artist host.

If you are interested in mileage reimbursement / gas money, please reply ASAP -- FUNDS ARE LIMITED!!!
We offer a maximum of $300 depending on miles traveled.  to qualify for funds Art car artist must travel 200 miles or more and arrive at event no later than 2pm Friday and stay and participate for the entire weekend's events.
